Bahar Atvur is a Turkish American writer and executive producer.

At Lolane Christopher Creative, Atvur's work operates on two tracks: developing original content with her co-founder Jordan Watland and consulting for a roster of clients.

On her independent client roster, Atvur has worked most extensively with Queen Latifah, for whom she has written and produced since 2013.

Other recent client work includes serving as Creative Director for a global A.I. conference at the Vatican and writing specials for Billboard magazine. Past credits include Goop Podcast, MTV, NBC, Sony, Harpo, Vice, Lifetime, BET, and Vanity Fair.

Atvur's ongoing international focus is helping to expand Shanti Bhavan Children's Project, a residential education program that has successfully disrupted generational poverty for families who earn less than $2 a day (as seen on Netflix's Daughters of Destiny).

Atvur is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Presidential Leadership Scholar. She holds both a BA in Entertainment Business and an MBA in Corporate Finance from New York University.

Jordan Watland is an Emmy Award-winning producer and a WGA Award-nominated writer. Along with Bahar Atvur, he founded Lolane Christopher Creative, where he focuses on writing screenplays and speeches, developing shows for existing IP, consulting for hosts and politicians, and producing active series.

Previously, Watland served as Head Writer and Co-Executive Producer for The Kelly Clarkson Show, a four-time Emmy winner for "Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show." Under his leadership, the series became the first daytime talk show in history to be nominated in the Best Comedy/Variety category at the Writers Guild of America Awards.

Watland has additionally produced some of the biggest series in late-night comedy and syndicated talk, including Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Katie, The Late Late Show, The Martha Stewart Show, and Bill Nye Saves the World. He also co-created and executive produced the Netflix comedy panel show The Fix.

With The Kelly Clarkson Show, Watland created and developed Songs & Stories, which was also produced as a series of primetime specials on NBC featuring Jonas Brothers, Lizzo, Teddy Swims, and Gloria Estefan. Other artists featured in daytime Songs & Stories were P!NK, Garth Brooks, Chris Martin, Alanis Morissette, and Sarah McLachlan.

Outside of television, Watland writes essays, short stories, songs, and novels. A small collection of his work can be found at The Eleventh Draft. He is a former NCAA All-American swimmer and a proud member of the Writers Guild of America West.
